My Morning Routine for Success

Mornings are my sacred time. They set the tone for my entire day, giving me the space I need to recharge and show up as the best version of myself—for me, my family, and my clients. Over the years, I’ve fine-tuned my morning routine to create a flow that fuels my mind, body, and spirit.

Want to start your day feeling energized, focused, and ready to conquer anything? Here’s exactly what my morning routine looks like!

4:30 AM – Wake Up (Sort of) & LED Light Therapy

My first alarm goes off at 4:30 AM, but I give myself an extra 20 minutes to wake up gradually while using my Celluma Pro LED light therapy. I’ve been doing this consistently for the last six months, and the results have been incredible—my skin looks healthier, my sleep quality has improved, and I feel more energized throughout the day.

4:50 AM – Time to Get Moving

The second alarm? That’s my actual get-up-and-go signal. I get dressed for my workout while saying my morning prayer and practicing gratitude, then I hydrate with a mix of water and collagen to support my skin and joints.

Since entering my third trimester of pregnancy, I’ve switched to the FORM workout app, focusing more on strength training. I’ve been loving this shift—it’s keeping me strong and feeling great as I prepare for the next chapter of motherhood.

6:00 AM – Coffee & Self-Care

After my workout, it’s time for one of my favorite parts of the morning—coffee! While my cup brews, I jump in the shower and get dressed. Even though I work from home some days, I still make it a point to put myself together. Looking good helps me feel good and stay productive throughout the day.

7:00 AM – Family Time

By now, my toddler is usually waking up, and this is our dedicated family time. We spend about an hour together—chatting, sipping coffee (me, not the toddler!), and playing. These slow, cozy moments are the best way to start the day before things get busy.

8:30 AM – Work Mode: ON

At this point, it’s time to drop my little one off at Grandma’s and dive into my workday! With my morning routine complete, I feel centered, productive, and ready to take on whatever the day throws my way.

Why a Morning Routine Matters

Starting the day with intention makes a huge difference. My routine isn’t about checking off tasks—it’s about prioritizing myself, so I can show up fully for the people and work that matter most.

If you’re looking to create a morning routine that sets you up for success, start small. Pick one or two habits that energize you, and build from there. Over time, you’ll create a rhythm that feels effortless and makes your days more productive and fulfilling.

Do you have a morning routine you swear by? I’d love to hear about it in the comments!
